We have an efficient and proven process for emergency carpet cleaning, carpet restoration, and flood damage remediation. This process allows us to get you back up and running in the quickest time possible, while preserving the integrity of your building, living space, and carpets.
In most cases, following your call, we will be at your door within the hour, where we will inspect the premises for water damaged carpets and other areas that might need water damage repair. From there we will follow the thirteen-step process outlined below.
At all stages of this Flood Restoration Action Plan we will be a single phone call away to address any additional queries or concerns you might have, or to respond to any additional flood restoration tasks that you might discover need done once the immediate emergency has passed.
Flooded Carpet? Our 13 Step Process!
Step 1: At your door ASAP. Initial inspection and quotation
Step 2: Ensure the source of the flood damage has ceased
Step 3: Removal of furniture and valuables to a safe location
Step 4 : Extraction of standing water and moisture
Step 5: Treatment for stains and water marks
Step 6: Installation of dryers and/or dehumidifiers
Step 7: Advice and action plan for customer
Step 8: Assistance with insurance claim application if required
Step 9: Return visit for progress inspection and adjustment of dryers
Step 10: Removal of extraction fans once area is 100% dry
Step 11: Additional treatment for carpet stains or marks, and application for deodoriser if required
Step 12: Re-laying of carpets and replacing of furniture
Step 13: Job completion, customer sign off, invoicing
