Step 4 : Extraction of standing water and moisture

Once your furniture and valuables have been removed to a secure, dry, location, and checked to ensure that there is no lasting damage done to them (if there has been, your helpful expert on the ground will be able to help you take down the necessary details for insurance purposes), the next step will be to tackle the water itself. In this step we will remove the excess water, as much as possible, from the premises.

We have access to all the necessary tools to do this without risking further damage to your property, and our team has a wealth of experience in removing water from flooded buildings. It’s important to understand that a wet environment is one that runs a greater risk of damage, which is why we don’t recommend that you try and remove the water yourself. Instead, our team will be able to extract all excess water with the sensitivity necessary to prevent damage.

In addition, should you live in an apartment, and have water filtering down to the floor below, we will be able to help your affected neighbours with their own clean-ups
