Step 13: Job completion, customer sign off, invoicing
Once the room is completely back in order, we will sign off on the job and issue the invoice for the work. Because we have an open and transparent system from start to finish, we can guarantee there will be no ‘bill shock’ on costs that you hadn’t previously been made aware of.
We will also sit down and discuss any queries that you might have about the invoice, in order to ensure that you are happy with the service that we have provided.
Once the invoice has been issued there will be no further contact with us, but your home should now look like it never flooded, and the root cause of the flood will have been diagnosed and corrected. We hope that we won’t need to see you again for a very long time afterwards!
