Damon was amazing when our apartment became flooded when a neighbour left a tap on in their apartment. He was super professional and extremely helpful, helping us move furniture and other items, removing the carpet underlay for us and giving us next steps on how to avoid further damage. Arriving to our Head office at 6am to find water leaking down from our kitchen into our boardroom and other offices. We only had to make the one call and within a short time we had a tradesman out to fix our problem and start the cleanup. Very professional and took care of everything for us. We operate out of 17 branches and have now saved Mr Floods number for any incident in the future. You will only have to make one call and they fix everything quickly and professionally . Brilliant service from Annmaree and Damon and the Mr Flood team. They were round to a storm-flooded apartment 90 minutes after my call, and had the surface water removed immediately, before installing fans and dehumidifiers to save the carpet (as well as books, furniture, art…). Would not hesitate to recommend.
